- I didn't get in the Umstead 100 this last weekend
- I'm in fairly good physical condition right now
- running 100 miles is on my "bucket list"
- I'm not getting any younger
- there are no other 100 milers close by happening soon
- I probably wouldn't make any official race cut-off anyway
- temperatures are getting warmer every day

Good luck! That's very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteBeing a stubborn fool is probably one of the best attributes you can have when it comes to finishing 100.
ReplyDeleteFrom one stubborn fool to another, good luck.
Oh, and get yourself a buckle made - a "First Place" one!
Good Luck, Triple F!

Frank, I know you are running right now. Just wanted to let you know I was thinking about you. You are probably about half way into the run right now. Keep it up!!! I am in awe.
ReplyDeleteHow did it go, Frank? RM has nothing on Medoc's Dam(n) Site Loop Trail. I'll expect a fully gory report at the next PAC. Joel
